Someone PLEASE make software that uses the business card scanner. Support is non-existent in addition to being almost impossible to communicate with because of the language barrier. I’ve upgraded to every current version for Android OS (currently 4.0) and it still crashes EVERY TIME I try to feed a business card into the scanner, try to open any of the functions in the menu, etc. Their database was incompatible with the new db type in 10.13 and no amount of emailing support made any difference.
I then upgraded to OS 10.13 and everything went south from there. Even then their OCR/ICR algorithm is sub-optimized to say the least and I wound up doing data entry on EVERY card I scanned - making me wonder why I even scanned it in the first place.
